Baked potatoes with chicken

Unfortunately, the potatoes in the United States is very strange. Since it is difficult to bake and practically impossible. As a rule, already baked chicken, potatoes and more raw. So I began to bake the potatoes and chicken in a different container.

But recently my "culinary work" very disappointed me. Since the potatoes were baking as much as much as 2 hours!

All the same, there is no better home potatoes in nature. But I can try it only at home mom. If only to ask my mother to send from Russia?

POTATO

1. 4 large pieces of potato peel and cut into 4 pieces.
2. On oiled baking potatoes spread out and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

CHICKEN

1. Wash the chicken, butcher.
2. Beat 2 eggs, add 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt, ½ teaspoon salt, black pepper and 2 cloves of garlic, 1 head large onion, cut into rings.
3. Pour over chicken mixture and ready to bake in the oven with potatoes.
   After 30 minutes the chicken is ready.

Serve with potatoes. You can use the juice from the chicken as a sauce.
