Mushroom and Potato casserole

Ingredients:
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
  • 8 white mushrooms
  • 2 pickles (not necessary)
  • salt, pepper
Shred the potatoes, add flour, salt and pepper.

Cut mushrooms, onions and pickles - mix them together.

On a greased foil put layers - layer of potatoes, then mushroom mix and potatoes again. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, cover it with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Then remove the top layer of foil and put back in the oven for another 10-15 min.

If we were not fasting, I would add some ground beef in the mushroom mixture and I would put shredded cheese on top.
